Our Providrs -Amy (Schubmehl) Barnett, MD

Dr. Barnett is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta where she won the Ambulatory Clinic Physician Award for excellence in outpatient care. She graduated from SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY in 2004 and was a Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Hobart and William Smith Colleges.

Dr. Barnett practiced as a hospitalist for 2 years at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in Marietta, GA. She has special interests in palliative, preventive and women’s care.

She enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and reading.
