Locations

Our Turkey Creek location is located in Suite 302 of the Parkside Plaza medical building at 11440 Parkside Drive in the Turkey Creek area between Knoxville and Farragut (closer to the Campbell Station Road entrance). Other practices in this new medical office building include some of the premier and specialty physicians in our area.

From I-40 West
1. Take exit #373 Campbell Station and make a left at the light.
2.Go to the next light (~ 0.2 mile) and make a left onto Parkside Drive.
3.Go(~ 0.7 mile) to Parkside Plaza on your right.
4. We are the Parkside Medical Plaza, Suite 302 (3rd floor).

From I-40 East
1. Take exit #373 Campbell Station and at the light turn right.
2.At next stop light (~ 0.2 mile) turn left onto Parkside Drive.
3.Go (~ 0.7 mile) to Parkside Plaza on your right.
4. We are the Parkside Medical Plaza, Suite 302 (3rd floor).

Cherokee Mills Location

The building is on the left. Our office entrance is located at the courtyard end of the building directly behind the flagpoles. There are designated parking spots for patients marked "FIM", but you may also park in "VISITOR" spots. Please note that an additional parking lot is located on the west end of the building near UT Home Health.

Directions:
From I-40 East:

1. Take Exit 386A toward University Ave/Middlebrook Pike (go 0.6 mi)
2. Turn slight right onto Southerland Ave NW (go 0.6 mi)
3. 2250 Sutherland Ave is on the Left (0.0 mi)
4. The building is on the left. Our office entrance is located at the courtyard end of the building directly behind the flagpoles. From I-40 West:

1. Take the US-129/Alcoa Hwy ext, Exit 386B, toward Airport/Smoky Mts. (go 0.4 mi)
2. Take the Sutherland Ave ramp (go 0.2 mi)
3. Turn Left onto Sutherland Ave NW (go 0.6 mi)
4. 2250 Sutherland Ave is on the Left
